How to get rid of supply crates

how do I get rid of the supply crates from dropping, and the count down text?
Is this a script file itself? If not how do I edit script to get rid of it?

 

Remove line 457 from WAR.as (Base\Rules\WAR\Scripts\WAR.as).

wait I removed CTF_GiveSpawnItems.as; from the gamemode.cfg and it did it.

sorry I didn't actually see one since my map has a ceiling
all i saw was the countdown timer.
