Premium I bought gold but never recieved it?

    I bought gold via Msg and it deducted the €10 from my phone, but when it was finished it told me there was an error with my payment, and i went to check and im not gold. but it took the €10 from me... um.

    Note i deleted the msg's. always do when i buy stuff via msg, clutter up my inbox. but before i deleted one i saw it said 1/2 payment completed. so premium is apparently €20? i feel robbed :s

    Sent another msg to my phone and it said it would charge me €10, this is not my first time buying gold and i know that's all it should cost me. €4 left of phone credit so. yeah.
