    If deleting the two version.txt files don't work, then you'll probably have to uninstall KAG (and delete any other traces after uninstallation) and re-install it.

    Try refeshing your intrenet or Try making a (Free) new accout and login if you can go in log out and go into your real account.
    If that doesnt work you must of been banned.

    I don't know where this "specialist" came from...You were not banned. As to the thread as a whole - you should probably reinstall the game. I'm not sure what is the error. Could be temporary downtime of the API server.
