    I know why now, Neat seems to close every thread related to premium, such as my thread asking why can't I change my head, and to proof, my other thread about how to make a clan didn't get closed, because it has nothing to do with premium.

    On your thread about premium, the only thing you asked was if you needed premium to change heads.

    Reasons thread was closed:
    1. It was answered (yes you need premium to change heads)
    2. It didn't need it's own thread (a simple search would have allowed you to see that it does, and that information is everywhere)
    Reasons clan thread should be closed:
    1. Once again, it didn't need it's own thread
    2. If you had read the stickies, you would have seen how to make one
    3. If you needed more info, you could have searched and gone to this thread http://kagforum.com/index.php?threads/thinking-about-making-a-clan.2939/
    Lastly, you can't really say that your thread was blocked by neat because it was related to premium. If for some reason Neat suddenly decided to become a jerk (I really doubt he would), and if you had at least 2 well written threads related to premium, and then Neat closed both, then you might be able to start making conjectures.

    Because these forums are against you posting spam threads. You don't need to create a thread for every simple question you may have, especially if it's answered on the forums already by searching for other threads. You definitely don't need to create a thread of this manner as it has nothing to do with the population of this forum. If you have a problem with a moderator, pm them directly. To pm someone go to inbox at the top, down to start a conversation and enter the name of the person you want to pm then write your message etc. Since you have been answered and there is no longer a point for this thread, i'm closing it.
