    But this music file is made from internal data of kag. It means not from official maker(sell it for 1 dollar).
    Does it contravene the contract?

    I'm afraid the music is the property of THD - if you're using it as the only content you're uploading (ie point of the video is the music) then you are not allowed to do that, especially if you plan to use it to make money.

    There's no problem with the music being present when sharing videos of KAG gameplay though, afaik.
