KAG Indie Weekly Sale and keys

    I have a question, on key page is Game key and Desura key. I want to make a giveaway, but im not sure if those two are the same and using one is canceling other, or both are legit. So, I can give both to two different people or using one will cancel other?

    I believe one (Desura key) activates the game via Desura, meaning you can have it in your games library and get Desura's equivalent to achievements and that sort of thing (don't think KAG has this)

    The gamekey is your premium code, for activating your account on the www.kag2d.com website (which won't work now that you activated your account)

    I know what it is, but, does Desura activating needs also gamekey activation? Or somehow Desura can activate account on kag2d.com?

    You can activate an account either with only a desura key or with a game key. Both work and count as an activiation key.

    However, the Desura key is bound to the game key (or the other way around), which means that if someone uses the Desura Key, then the Game key won't work anymore (and vice versa)

    If you're doing a giveaway, then you can give the Game key to the winner. Then, if he wants to redeem his Desura key he has to enter his username/password on kag2d.com, click on his profile panel, and finally click on "Get your desura key"
