    A Friend bought KAG on the offical Site. His Account is now a "Gold Account" but he also got a Steam Key. Hes not using Steam though so can he give away the Steam Key and will the Person who used the Key get full access to the Game?

    Also he told me "Zombie Fortress" is not loading. Any solutions?~

    Technically it'd be possible to give that steam key away but the ToS don't allow you to do it.

    I can't say all too much about your second question since there is literally zero detail in it.

    The official stance from the devs on this is "sure, but if one of you gets banned then the other will get banned as well" (because the two are tacitly linked). So do it, but make sure both of you understand that what you do will affect the other one.
