Kag does not start

as the titles says it does not start. i hav a win7 mini-laptop.
also when i tried the compatibility option and chose to run in 256 colors it acctually went but the colors where all off.
can someone help me?
it starts with both windows then after like 2 seconds both disappear

 

Could we please have some console logs?
Then we could help, and maybe some screenshots?

Open up you KAG folder typically found in you C: drive.
Now find the folder called, 'logs'
Go into that folder and search,
console-<year only last two numbers>-<month (mine was 06)>
And one should pop up with a date close to your current date.
Open it with notpad and paste it here.

Maybe try re-downloading the game all together?
I am not to skilled, but when on IRC I will try and get hold of some techie guys and will refer them here, I will actually do that now.

Please don't listen to me, I don't know exactly what I am saying, I am just going off past experience and posts, also using a bit of problem solving skills.

Okay, so that helps a bit.

I compared it to mine and I noticed that your drivers are not up to date.
Also, I think you need to go into your KAG folder, then App, then you need to delete 'version' I am pretty sure that forces and update.
