    Can someone please help. For the past hour or so whatever match I join I am almost instantly banned without a vote and with me having done nothing. Thanks

    It's probably a ping-ban. Check if you're not downloading anything and try to play on servers closer to you.
    I believe ping kicks expire in 15 minutes.

    I am sure that the server kicks you for your ping. Try to join a server that is hosted closest to you.
