please note that ive only played the demo for some of these games.
Magicka
Think of this, they give you all elements.
along with that they even bother to give you spells.
over 1000 combinations, tons of weapons and enough fun for its value.
Dungeons of Dredmor
Its a dungeon crawler filled with evil monsters,refferences,and fun.
a rogue like game with improvised graphics,i didnt like roguelikes in general.
but a game like this is just plain awesome
it has more references then you can count,its got lots of humor in it,a huge crafting list. and combining spells and melee attacks to kill pretty much anything that gets in your way,going from common bird like diggles to the feared commando diggles,the d jinni's that live in gin bottles,or even loansharks, after that spend your hard earned cash on bolts (approved by the bolt council) or food and try out different loads of potions,but beware that some potions might not be as good as they sound.
it all ends with someone dying,but losing is fun.
Cortex Command
Add pixel gameplay to lots of content and deformable terrain with pyshics,and this is what you get.
the modder community certainly give this game a long play value,varying from faction packs to story modes and someone even managed to pull out a world conquest mod.
lots of weapons,functions and fun plus add mods that double the content.
Ragnarok Battle Offline
an fighting game based off the MMORPG Ragnarok.
the game features a load of maps and might be hard in the beginning,but once you get the hang of it starts getting fun.
with bosses from the game and challenging gameplay.

GOD I WONDER WAT DIS ONE IS.
Haven and hearth
i will call this game a half hell choatic world.
most peoples first reactions probably are/were:'oh now i got into the wilderness,wait.. theres a food meter? better find something.'
'a rabbit,just my luck'
'*crunches and munches*'
'oh hello man,im new to this game,what about you?'
'OH GOD NO Y U ATTACKIN ME MR,*back at the char screen* PERMA DEATH WHAT THE FU-'.
that story probably summed up everything,you build societies with other people,you hunt and fight to survive,once your food is good,you start to hunt for better quality items.
and thats where it gets interesting,as this is a open world game with no such things as 'fair' and theres permadeath you dont want to make a fatal mistake,and thats what makes war/raiders there interesting.

Do you guys mind if I say PLEASE no more list threads?
I mean, they're all very well, but they kinda have the same issues as youtube parties.
Maybe if you have a very specific collection of games you want to talk about, like the Roguelikes thread, then it's ok, but this is out. I'm sorry guys, I'm locking this. not really your fault, but I'd rather there was one thread for every game in this list then a whole bunch of game list threads which serve too broad a purpose.
