local hamachi host brother can't connect

    My brother can't connect to my local server
    I am using hamachi
    it tells him
    cannot connect check if username and password is correct
    additional info no authentication or invalid authentication information recieved

    the console just says
    error receiving incoming packets: no such file or directory

    he's running windows xp home
