    I see there is a guide for hosting a dedicated server on Linux.

    Is there any guide or way to create a dedicated server on Windows?

    I check stickies and had brief glances through pages, at the time I saw nothing.

    Thanks though.

    Dare I ask if there are any specific commands to be aware of or should I be looking somewhere else for that as well?

    A search for "windows server" turned up that page.

    You can issue commands with \rcon from the console (press home) and change configs in the config files. Join IRC and ask some of the folks there for more realtime help.
