Mantis login problem

    It has been some time since I last logged it to bugs.kag2d.com, and when I try now I keep getting "Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect.".
    I successfully reset the password four times, ensured CapsLock was off, tried with different browsers and disabled/enabled the checkboxes below login, all to no avail.
    Ideas?

    I am still able to log in, but Mantis is hardly used right now as the devs are only working on the scripting build.
