Map gone wrong

    I made this map, but it's not finished..
    ..because it doesn't work. When I try to test and add some stuff into it ingame, only the bedrock is there and nothing else. Are the colours messed, or what's wrong?

    Feel free to ask me any information about it.

    The colours for nearly every block has been changed, and the game registers the (now) unknown colours as air.

    Checked it, all the colours were right, except the ones in the trees.
    I fixed that, but nothing else than bedrock still is there.
    Any idea, what could cause this?
