    There isn't a color for zombie spawners yet, it's in configs for generators I believe.

    /rcon /ban "name" time(seconds)

    If you go to KAG>Base>Scripts>securitysetup.txt

    You can enter the info there by username without an IP while he is offline. Make sure it is right and you follow the correct format. (It explains it above)
