    Reason:As you can see he is a slightly faster than most players. My ping and also his were not the best but i've been playing KAG for a while to see if someone is speedhacking.

    I'd like to see some more. I have to be certain when flagging/banning accounts and here I have some doubts.

    PS by Downburst: play on servers with a lower ping. It's not normal to have a 166 ping average.
