master authentication failed ?!

    HI i will login into the game but then i get an error massage and i cant login :-(

    The master authentication is failed ......

    Hope some poeple know that and cant help me if dont i send a screen :)

    so what shoud i doo ? iam premium player pay and create account last weekend

    -sigh- If the master authentication fails this mean the HUGE server that supports the smaller servers of Kag, is down. Search before you post please.

    Yes but i try a few times every day since Saturday and its always the same is that normal ?

    iam Only scared about that i make something wrong :(

    Actually, this has happened from time to time.The master server hasn't been down all this time so something is wrong on Teupfel's machine.
    I don't know how to fix it though.... *nudges Furai*

    i can login at the website and there is the msg that iam Premium user :) but i cant login at the game and the FW dont Blog KAG :(

    Same problem here, second day it gives me info about master authentication fail, though
    1) i used it after logging on the site and seeing numbers of players playing
    2) tried to log in on 2 accs both failed.
    Can i ask for help?
