MasterChafe and TheFlare

    Server: [M4FIA] Sandbox (my server)(also seen on [bhtp] Mainserver and Boldtemple #4 Shadow Clone)
    Time: 9:45pm GMT +12

    Reason:
    MasterChafe: He was fly hacking around the map, just like Jelus did, and teleported through blocks.
    TheFlare: He was speed hacking.
