    When you launch your server, it starts a new round. Since you have 0 players, the match will instantly end. This is a normal behavior, and it won't prevent your server from working.

    Since this isn't an issue, you can't "fix" it. Your server should work as expected, did you try to join it?

    You have to enter your computer IP (which is different from your internet IP)
    Here's a guide if you need help finding out that IP.
    You should allow both TCP and UDP ports.
