    Yes, if you have bought a code you will have to redeem it on the official kag website by logging in and clicking on your name onto redeem code. Type your code from your email that has been sent to you into that redeem section.

    Okay, so here is a step to step guide for you how to do it =D

    First of all, please go the email account, the one you are using for your credit card or the one you registered when you buy KAG. Try to find a message like this:

    1.Go to KAG Web Site: http://kag2d.com/en/
    2.Click on "LOG IN" on the top middle of the screen if you haven't log in yet
    3.After logged in, click on your name in the same spot. You will see a little window pop up.
    4.Click on redeem code like here and redeem your code:
