Modding heads

    How do u install downloaded heads into a steam folder

    You have to go to your KAG folder which is into the Steam one, surely this path
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\King Arthur's Gold
    there you have KAG folder, now you have to go into
    Base\Entities\Charachters\Sprites
    there you will find the file Heads.png, among others.

    For head texture packs usually you have to replace it only, make sure you backup the original Heads.png for a proper re-installation of the vanilla ones.
