What is the most pain you have ever had? Can be anything from a splinter to castration!
I shall keep mine secret for now
    It must be physical!

Snapped my tibia in two while inline skating, pretty nasty but I got a neat scar from it!

I had an infected jaw 3 times. The third time was still infected when I had a tooth extracted by the torturer.. I mean dentist. The second infection was so bad, I considered killing myself just to get relief from the pain - it hurt that much.

i needed 4 stitches on my head.

Jaw infection. Maddening pain for days on end. I drank anything with alcohol in it all the time to make the pain go away.
    runner up:

    internal examination. :|

Girlfriend cheated on me and then broke up with me for a different guy who was my friend.

edit: oh wait physical? um... its a tie between getting a screw removed from my arm or breaking my arm.

I was born with my right leg's Achilles tendon shortened and my foot was too crooked so I was barely able to walk. I had to undergo the surgery. Since the surgery the foot looks ok but I don't step on it just as I should do. And that's a reason why my ankle gets swollen sometimes. It hurts so much so I can't even sleep and regular painkillers don't work. I have few extra-effective painkillers prescribed for these situations so the pain fades after few days.

Also I have cool scar on my forehead. When I was 12 or 13 years old, we were throwing boomerangs on the field behind our house. Some guy ran for my boomerang, yelled "I'm gonna throw it back to you, Dave!". And the scar is the outcome.

    Your friend defied boomerang logic.

Can't say the same for me lived in cities all my life and still prefer the country.

  20. I guess it physically isn't much, but the only bone I have ever broken is my ring toe, and that is because I stubbed it on a wooden coffee table (Stubbing+Broken bone=Pain)
