    my game freezes when i quit it from the ingame menu and i have to wait around 5 minutes before it closes. Please can you help me fix this

    Have you tried using ALT + F4 to close the game? It's a lot faster than the ingame menu and maybe it'll spare you the freeze.

    If that ^ doesn't work try pressing Control (bottom-left) + Shift (above ctrl) + Esc (top-left) all together. Task Manager should pop up and then try ending KAG.
