New member (sort of) and have a few q's

This turned into a long post, for the tl;dr version please see below in bold.

Hello folks, first of all love the game and if this is in the wrong place then please move it or flame me (but if flaming try to come up with something original:) but i do have a few queries and as much as i love missioning through huge forums and wiki's, something along the lines of an faq on the forums would be nice :)

Bit of back ground first, i first found out about this game around the time that Project Zomboid first came into development, much earlier this year. Since Soldat was a huge part of my college experience back in 2006 (got me through many classes networked with the others) i had to check out KAG. I played it a bit then and showed it a few friends and then i regret saying that i lost track for a while.

I came back to check on it yesterday and my god! this has come along hugely! naturally i immediately signed up and got the premium account and that's what I'd like to know a little more about.

I can see that none of the premium features are available yet and this is fine, been around indie games for a long time and i know the drill.

I'm at work at the moment however so cannot test some things so this post is probably more my own impatience than anything else.

Mainly im just trying to see if there is something that i have missed for premium buyers (man that sounds so elitist) as im obviously very excited about this project :) should i have downloaded something that will autoupdate or are the testbuilds on that forum thread the latest thing?

I also read somewhere about access to a part of the forum that you wouldn't get otherwise, is that implemented yet or are all these things happening down the line and the thing that is available at the moment?

I really dont mind either way and will not complain or anything, i just think there are a few holes in the information for new players or in my information that i have stupidly missed.

What there is for premium right now, as far as i know:
Youre golden in the scoreboard, there is an gamemode only available on gold only servers (gold rush) and not so much else.
Thing i know is coming soon is Zombie Survival, customization of character, and later down the pipeline, an truly epic Action-Adventure-Politic-Awesomeness mode. Cool, so i don't think i have missed anything :) will be trying out the new features when i get home later as I haven't played this properly in ages and lots is new!
