In the meantime... Here's another one.

 

I did not replace any sprites.
This is in-game at the moment.

 

I will tell you that it's broken, as it just says: "Waiting for the server to generate map" even while loading a png.

 

It's true. I wish it would work because playing in the dark would be awesome. I know that Arcrave would hate me more as archer if I could be a total ninja and just kill him while he can't see me.

I did like how there was random twinkling in the stars. I thought that was a nice subtle effect. It's really dark though, tunnels are harder to see.

Should rephrase what I said earlier, it would show the map, but we couldn't spawn and play around in it, was cool to look at though.

 

I only wish..:(
Night mode would be like a new game mode, and would be insanely fun.
Tunnels would be OP as fuck, and builders would make everyone rage just that much more.
Archers would make everyone too scared to walk normally, and they'd have to shield up and go slow everywhere.
MM and Geti implement this fully please.
Though, I guess we need lanterns first...

 

I know that, but we couldn't get it so that we could play with the darkness.

 

I enjoy the background and all of it actually, but would like to see how it works better with people.

 

It looked pretty good ingame with the sparkling stars and whatnot, Fellere.
