No Spawn

    Operating system: Windows

    Build number: 939

    Description: Log into the server, screenshot A happens. Wait till I spawn, screenshot B happens, I cannot change my viewpoint, or move my character in any single way. I have tried to go to spectator, other team, other server, nothing helped. Restarted game same happened, restarted again spawned normally again.

    Steps to reproduce:
    Step1: Log in
    Step2: Pick server
    Step3: Screenshot A
    Step4: Screenshot B (cannot move, change team, or anything)
