Pavel-CZ/Clemo7s Fast Round/Abusive Speed Hack

    As the title suggest, few minutes ago in the "Clemo7s Fast Round" RTDM server, this player named "Pavel-CZ" was speed hacking in abusive way, he could not be kicked because there were not enough players, he didn't want to leave or stop hacking
