    My normal ping on USA servers is 300-450.
    I am not cheater, because
    USA-RUSSIA Large distance.
    Internet-packets from my computer to server. = very big ping.

    You should try to play on the soviet kag server(which propably is the nearest for you), or other eu ones, us to russia is a pain and slows down the server ping and is unhelpfull for you and the server you play on.

    I suggest you simple stick to the eu ones ;)
