Mac Play screen not showing up!

    So, I download the KAG game all smoothly, and everything's going fine. I click the play button, and-- No, it just quit. I try again several times, and even re-download the game to no avail. By now, I'm pretty angry. So I re-download the game once more, but this time it tells me that 'The following disk cannot be opened. Reason: Unrecognized.' One re-download later, and it's still not working. I know I probably screwed up with all the re-downloads, but is there anyway to restart so that I can fix this problem and move onto the other one?

    Uninstall KAG, delete the remaining folder, then install KAG again.
