Windows KAG Players using scripts in dedicated server

Hi, i maked a dedicated server with hamachi, so a friend and me plays in there with WAR gamemode with some mods like Blowjob And Robs Mod v2.1.2 Well, the problem is that he can use scripts or commands like !stones !bomb !mat_wood and all those, and i want to know how to make him unable of use these but only me, I have rconpassword and logged in in with /rcon /login <password> , So.. Help please

 

/rcon sv_test = 1
^That^ should work if I remember correctly.
You can also go to the config file and turn it off there. (autoconfig.cfg should be it, just make sv_test = 0)
