Pls add "Texvc" to the wiki

    By adding "Texvc" to the mediawiki we will have mathematics support which helps us to show proper fraction numbers. Using some sort of hacks to show them looks bad (on this page for example).

    Edit: Well...this is not needed anymore so far since every ressource is x10 now.
