Things that need to be posted early THIS IS PROBABLY OUT OF DATE. OH WELL.​

• Pokemon Showdown Battle Simulator (Think Smogon)
• For easy trading/battling in Gen5 TURN OFF the C-Gear before entering the Wifi ClubRoom because Nintendo has idort wifiplay.
• You cannot connect to someone else with an emulator there is a GBA exception but you have to be on the same network
• To check if the Pokemon you were given is hacked use PokeCheck.org Also use for IV checking (Do not bother trying to trade pokemon from there on the GTS they come with ribbons that wont let you trade them there and you'll look like an idiot trying to trade PokeCheck pokemon in the WifiClub)
• Dont know what EVs and IVs are? EVguide IVguide
• EVcounter keeps track of your EVs for a Pokemon IVcalculator if you don't have a way to connect to the GTS or just plain dont like Pokecheck. Use it to find out IV's after obtaining a Pokemon
• Pearls, Mushrooms and other dowsing machine items can and will respawn
• Use pokemon with abilities like Flame Body to speed up egg hatching

Also my Tentaquil would destroy your teams face.

 

I've actually never, ever played a single Pokemon game. I remember being very slow on catching on to the whole "collecting card" deal as well. Used to watch my friends play the games on their gameboys out on the schoolyard. I don't know, it just never appealed to me. I certainly see why people like it so much though.

At my old Summer Recreation camp (I was like 7) if you didn't have at least one pokemon product (cards/games/toys) you didn't know shit about pokemon.

 

For me, Pokemon was an opportunity to vent a little pyro-psychopathy.
I'd take Charmander, and train him to level 100 before facing Brock. Then, I'd buy a crapload of ethers and elixers, and melt the world.

 

Anybody wants to get nailed in Heartgold/Soulsilver via DS Internet battle?

EDIT: And also: tradingtradingtrading, I have to finally get Gengar and Alakazam (and maybe that shitty Machamp).

I have never been that into pokemon. I have beaten a few of the games, but haven't gotten into getting all the legendaries and battling intensely etc., but I have always thought it was cool. I sometimes pick up my ds by my desk to play Heartgold because I played crystal as a kid and it was the shit.

Anyway- both those videos are very cool Sj

Wonkyth- when saying "the shit"- It refers to how amazing it is. The "the" is the most important part :D
