Windows Pop-up Menus Persisting while Frozen

    Description: Pop-up menus like the [F] menu only stay open while the button is held down, normally. But if you're frozen, the menu doesn't go away when you let go of the button. It doesn't go away until you do something that might open another menu, like pressing [E]
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Be frozen.
    2. Press [F], or [E] at a spawn.

    In the video, the menu moves to the position of my cursor when I left-click.
