    Premium bought, but not acquired.

    Hello !

    I have bought a premium, waited a bit, but i'm always a normal user. I've written my nickname below the pay button, but my paypal mail is different than wich i use on kag2d.com, maybe it's the problem. :/
    I can post here the transaction id if an admin require it to give me my premium account.

    I'm sorry for the grammar faults, english is not my native language.

    EDIT: It appears that we're facing some problems with premium accounts. Don't be afraid, you won't lose any money. We'll be fixing issues over weekend. Everything will work soon enough. :)

    I've got the same problem, but I have yet to receive any email about a premium account. I still have the paypal receipt if that will help at all. I purchased the premium on the 2nd of this month also.

    What can't you play? If you've got a gold flag on your account, then you've succeeded. We're adding the paid stuff over the next few months, it's not in-game yet which is why you get such a giant discount.
