Problem with gift code

    After payment to paypal gift code was not sent to my email. Who can I contact about this? I can post the transaction ID...

    Check your spam folder please, the codes quite often get landed there. it gets sent to the paypal email or the email specified in the order, so make sure that's the email you're checking, not your game account email!

    Hi, im having a problem with my gift code.

    I've just bought it over pay-pal.

    My pay-pal e-mail is an old one which i forgot to change :S. its furrydouble@btinternet.com,
    so i think the E-mail went to that address. Which i can't access due to bt closing it off because i recently left them and changed to sky.
    so my new e-mail is furrydouble@sky.com.

    I have all the information to prove i baught it if you need it.
    my account name for KAG is furr-bawl.

    what type of email do you use hotmail? gmail? should be a big button that says "Spam" on either interface it shouldn't be too hard to find.

    furr-bawl please email support [at] thd.vg and provide information/details just like you did and proof of purchase
