    Maybe you have an anti-virus blocking KAG? be sure to put kag in the exception list of the anti-virus.

    Try reinstall kag in another directory (just C:/KAG is good).

    If it continues, 'Restore' the internet connection: right bottom of task bar you see your internet connection (with normal pc LAN- 100MB/SEC if you put your mouse over it, maybe something else but it doesn't matter), right mouse buttom on it and press restore.
    Maybe you have to do it several times.

    Maybe you have a new anti-virus ? Check what Hurricane said.

    Ok, must have just been my internet screwing up, it's back now, but if it happens again I'll try what you guys said, thanks for the help!
