Purple name on non-devs

    I have never seen it done in multiplayer, but I have had a purple name in single player.

    I believe server owners hosting the server locally have purple name, I think it's a feature.
    Is there anyone else other than you with purple name?

    If a player with the same IP as the server he gets his name purple.

    It will always happen on single player as you are the hoster. It is possible on multiplayer too, @DragonShark did it.

    I've seen plenty of people that have it like this who are admins. Maybe because they're superadmins? Is that on Beta?

    a host connecting through the local ip (localhost, not his IP in LAN) gets a purple name too.
    in OPs case it's so, as we see he's connected through 127.0.0.1 which is equal to localhost.
