    I brought the game yesterday through pay-pal and have still not received the redemption email I have screen shots of my purchase and have emailed support with screen shots just seeing if anyone can offer any other advice.

    You have to mail their customer support, from another thread with the same issue.
    Did you email support (at) thd.vg? If so, and it's been more than a day or two, I'd advise that you just send another one; it's run by hand, so there's bound to be a mistake occasionally. Be sure to include-or send from-- the address that you purchased premium with.​

    Yes I mailed support (at) thd.vg its been about 12 hours since I sent it and I included screen-shots of the thank you for buying KAG page and the money has been taken from pay-pal.

    It will probably take some time for them to see it, as Kyzak said resend it if you don't get it after 2 days.
    Or maybe someone from the team will see this thread.

    From the paypal email, the code should be sent to that email as well.

    Just relax, you should have gotten the email immediately, but it seems something went wrong.

    Now all you can do is play kag and wait till they see your email. Did you check the spambox of your paypal account?
    The email should look like this:

    Think I may know the problem the primary paypal email has been not used for years and has been deleted by the provider is it possible for the email to be sent to the new email

    You should change your email at paypal then. Also send that information to support@thd.vg as a reply to your own email.

    I have sent them a email saying what I just said and I changed the primary email to one that works so it should be ok now right?
