Registering?

    I've just tried to log in and was asked for my account name and password. Problem is that I don't know -how- to register, and a cursory glance of the forums isn't helping. This is probably a really stupid question, but how do I register?

    Edit: I mean the game, not the forum. I'm obviously registered here, but I don't know how to register in the game, as it gives me no pointers on how.
