Remove the OP knight shop (boat shop)

    Remove the boat shop. Enable boats being bought in the vehicle shop.

    Why?

    No rage after noob has wasted your gold on a boat shop when there is no water on the map. (This is no "rage-thread" btw.)

    You should have suggested to remove knights as you think they're too op.
    Suggesting to force remove boat shops from non-water map (like <50 water tiles) would be useful.
