[Request] Brown KAG soldier

Here, go to your sprites folder in KAG/Base.
Replace this with TeamPalette.png file with the one you have in there. It should be what you want.

edit: also your picture is kind of big for just that one sprite

 

That shouldn't be happening. Did you delete the original/or rename it TeamPalette.png.bac? If you did, did you make sure it was in the right folder? Lastly, are you using the original sprites? The way team palette works is that the game recolors the second team and every team after that using the blues on the first line and replaces those blues with with the corresponding next color. If your blue's aren't exactly the same as the ones on team palette, it won't change them.

Make sure it's in the KAG\Base\Sprites folder and not anywhere else.

Well here's the original teampalette.

Here's what I suggest then, first try to see if it at least goes back to normal. If it doesn't you did something wrong initially, if it does when then something is strange with your engine. You may have to reinstall in either case if you can't get it back to normal.

If it works again, then I'd suggest you go and edit the TeamPalette yourself. All you'll need to do is replace the red line (the one under the 2) you see in there, with the brown one (the one under the 5) (although to me it's more of a gold than a brown).
It'll look similar to this:

Basically just swap the two lines. That'll get the game to recolor the second team to brown. You should be able to this with any color you wish, just don't touch the first blue line on the left. The game itself reads the line 1 and says these are the colors I need to replace to make the other team. Therefore, for the second team, the first blue is replaced with the first red. The second blue is replaced with the second red and so on and so forth. For the third team, the first blue is replaced with the first green. The second blue is replaced with the second green and so on.

I'll give you this info so you can try it yourself. You might have better luck if you do it on your own. If you still need more help afterwords, I can give it to you.

 

I just used paint.net, although theoretically you could use paint (not suggested) or any other photo editing software like photoshop or gimp.
