Requesting RCON for official servers

I'd like access to rcon for the official servers. It seems that the official (US) server has the biggest issue with greifers and speedhackers. Been playing on it for about 4 hours tonight: seen 7 griefers and two speed hackers. Most have been tab kicked, but a few have survived long enough to screw over an entire team. AFAIK there are no US based players with RCON for official, which is why I'm requesting it (live in california).

Anyways, I support Cactus for rcon. He's a very legit player and is on a lot, and does a good job admining Dwa's server

I think that server owners should post admin names in their server threads and times when they are available,something like;
Server admins:
Geti/12h-22h gmt -1
Neat/16h-20h gmt +2 etc.
or
Usa;
Geti
Catacus
Europe;
torcich
Loki
(all names and locations are fictional and every similarity whit real persons are just coincidence)
So people will know who to search at that moment.
