Resolution Crash

    Whenever I set my resolution to a 4:3 aspect ratio, like 1024x768 for instance, my game client crashes if I join certain servers and displays the usual "engine has stopped working" message. If I go back and set the resolution to a 16:9 aspect ratio, the game runs perfectly but the graphics are scaled incorrectly so the pixels appear blotchy and irregular. (That visual glitch is normal.)

    Does any one know why this could be happening? (My graphics card drivers are all up-to-date etc etc.)
