KAG SAYS IM NOT PREMIUM?

    my friend is trying to start playing kag. He bought the game via amazon, got the email with his code, and entered the code in his panel. it said he was now a premium member but when he tried to log in on the game it says he hasnt registered yet. He can login fine on the website. Please help.

    Could you provide you friend's username ? I will be able to see if his account is premium or not then and I am sure KAG Team would need it too to help your friend or at least see what is wrong.

    He is gold member and account is active so he should be able to log in. That's all I could do for you now, you will have to wait for someone from KAG Team or person which suffered similar problem to yours friend.
