screen moves rapidly when "scrolling"

    As the title says. I've been having some issues with my screen moving very rapidly when im trying to se further than the stadard focus on normal zoom. And if i move it over a certain "edge" it goes straight back to having my character in the middle of the screen:(.... also I recently bought a new computer

    Tips anybody? :D thx.

    Try to uncheck the "fixed camera" option in the Misc section of the settings. If it does nothing, maybe lowering your mouse sensitivity might help.

    Also try playing in full screen mode instead of windowed
