Creating threads in 'Help' New to the forums?

    When I press F4 to take a screenshot I hear the sound effect to say that it has taken the pic, but when I go into my screenshots file of my KAG stuff then it just come out as a black picture with nothing on it.

    I have tried the usual fixes such as playing in a window turning off smooth shading and faster graphics but it still comes out black?

    Please help. :)
