Seclevs not working?

    Hello, I don't really know why I can assign seclevs to anyone in my server?! I try using from command on [HOME]. But when I do it it gives me a message saying You Lack of making blah blah blah someone as Admin..... And I tried from the esc then administrative, blue team/red team pick a persons name and i try assigning seclevs and NONE popup not even one. ABSOLUTELY nothing!? Can someone HELP?! :( :QQ:

    Are you logged into rcon?
    Does the superadmin file at the security folder give you the right to assign seclevs?

    check the superadmin.cfg at base/security. It should look something like this:

    name = Super Admin
users = 
roles = rcon;
commands = ALL;
features = admin_color; always_change_team; ban_immunity; editor; freeze_immunity; ignore_immunity; join_full; kick_immunity; map_vote; mark_any_team; mark_player; mute_immunity; name_mouseover; pingkick_immunity; silent_rcon; skip_votewait; spectator; view_collapses; view_console; view_rcon;
assign = admin; vip; normal; premium;
    Check if it has the "roles = rcon;" and the "assign = admin; vip; normal; premium;".
    Note, the file should be called superadmin.cfg, not superadmin.cfg.example

    I have admin.cfg, blacklist.cfg, guard.cfg, ignoredlist.cfg, normal.cfg, premium.cfg, seclevs.cfg, securitysetup, superadmin.cfg, vip.cfg. thats it in my Security file.

    Does your seclevs.cfg have "levels_files = Security/superadmin.cfg; Security/admin.cfg; Security/guard.cfg; Security/vip.cfg; Security/premium.cfg; Security/normal.cfg;"?
    If yes, could you try the command /rcon /reloadseclevs

    Can you still not assign any seclevs? Is your name red when you hit tab?

    edit: Seems his files were still saved as .example. Fixed now
