Server Recon Not Working!

    Each time I try to enter a command in my server I get this message "command must be executed server side" and yes I have passed on the authentication! Any help??

    Commands like list, players, help works. The problem is when I try to freeze ,ban ,kick players I got the message "command must be executed server side"
