Server start up problem

When ever I try to start up my server it comes up with a runtime error saying Abnormal progam termination. It then shuts down the batch file. How do I fix this?

what sort of details do u need to help me? Im not very familiar with hosting servers. any way I have windows, though all it tells me is that its version 2002. This is the Dedicated_autoconfig.gm

I just changed the rules from TDM to CTF and now it is working? Y cant I make it a TDM? Wat do You need from the 'Logs" folder?
