SinglePlayer Capture the flag!

Hey , i'm new on this forum but i play KAG for 6 months. I really like this game but my internet connection isn't so great and i cant connect to all servers. So i just want to add on 'Solo' menu a 'Capture the flag!' game with bots because i just on internet i just join a server , i chose a team , i press tab and watch my ping and its constantly get biger and biger , after it says im disconected and temporaly banned on that server becuz of my internet conection. I'm good at modding and i've tried to make a CTF single player game and i made it! Just that bots cant go throught that holes in the map and get back scared... and the enemy team stay where is the tend , walking around. And that 'Henry' bot is just a builder , and Lance a knight ( i dont know why ). I'd like to do that 'Capture the flag!' gamemode on 'Solo' ( for me on my kag directory i just need a more good bot script ) .

I'm sure that it's possible to do solo CTF but it would require a really good bot AI, you could spend days working on the AI but it will still probably have some kind of problem with it, perhaps builders will fuck up their buildings sometimes, or archer will never hit you, or maybe they use the same strategies over and over again and can be easily exploited. It's just too much work for something with so little reward.

 

Classic/alpha won't get new content, so I highly doubt you'll ever get a well working solo CTF for it.

I just tested it and works awesome , just bot 'Henry' is builder (atacks at every 2 seconds 2-3 times) and bot 'Lance' is knight (atacks like bot 'Henry') just to spawn the bots you first need to enter in 'Solo' and after in 'Deathmatch'. The respawns you left are 1-1 and i just changed the CTF file in 'Rules' to 'Sandbox' file and i changed everything in that directory , to just can be playable on Solo. It loads just 3 maps on the game : random map generator , and the deathmatch maps . The random map generator is loaded just the first time. After you complete the first round the respawns you left are 8-8 and they stay like that until you exit the game ( the number doesn't change when you are on round 3,4,5, ect. ). Its great and i do it in just 2-3 hours so don't think i do it on several days work.

Well its nearly impossible to do a solo CTF. Well good luck. And I suggest you to do a shadow clone solo with bots around you againts shadow clones.
